ok my mom is pretty big and she wants to lose weight she has 2 months and she wants to lose as much as she can before she goes to puerto rico. what do you think is the fastest best weightloss pill out there. that doesnt cause more then 50 bucks that would be nice if its around 20-45 bucks but shes not picky thank you so much guys.
let me tell you a little secret. none of the diet pills or drinks work. and i mean it. they dont do anything to you. the fda sells them because they dont work. you think they work so you buy more and they make money but none of it really does anything to you so dont even bother. they best thing you can do is get off your lazy a$$ and exercise.

He should start by creating a calorie deficit of around 500 so he starts losing a pound a week. He should also do cardio to help burn those calories. Also tell him to lay off the junk food and drink plenty of water. He should also hit the weights because not only will it allow him to build muscle which burns more fat in the long run but it will also be great for his mind.

Unforunately, there is a quick weight loss method. Weight loss is never easy, especially if as you say exercise isn’t an option. You then are very limited to the amount of calories you can consume.
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is. To EAT LESS and MOVE MORE.
It is as simple as that.

change your diet to eating yogurt in the morning and for lunch, or even a peice of toast and some fresh fruit. Stay away from any preserved things, eat good portions for dinner, and EXCERSIZE!!! I do crunches(50),push-ups(20), and I run around(ok, I jog around the block), I also do karate, but that hasn’t helped any

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010I have a friend that mentioned a 3 day diet where you eat hard boiled eggs, raw green vegetables, an orange, and either beef or chicken everyday for 3 days. Where can I find more details and an explanation of how much, etc???
Diet Schedule:
1. Commit to consuming 4 – 6 small meals and snacks everyday.
2. To succeed, you must plan ahead by packing your foods the night before. Thus, you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around.
3. Keep it simple. Don’t get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories.
4. Eat your foods slower.
5. Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, low fat meats, fish and skinless poultry.
6. Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories.
7. Avoid foods that are high in sugars such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy.
8. Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit servings every single day.
Exercise:

Jogging, Swimming and 15 minutes walking will be enough.

The best exercise that works on abs, butt and thighs at the same time is as follows:
Lie down with your hands (the palm area:) under your lower back, so as to support your lower back.
Now lift your legs a few inches away from the ground. Hold this posture for a few seconds and then gently come back to normal position. Repeat this for a few times every day.
You will feel the tension and some pain in your thighs, butt and of course abs.
Slowly increase the time and/or the number of times you do this exercise.
Drink lots of water (at least 8-10 glasses a day) and do some cardio. Always helpful when you want to work out ur tummy..

don’t injur your body by taking any unnatural substances, whatever you do, just exercise everyday for about 30 minutes. aerobics, walking, running, playing basketball, pilates, something that makes you break a sweat.
