    LEARN more about ur body, how it works and good nutrition. THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS to feeling and looking good!

    The worse thing you could do is go on some wacky diet,…you have to change ur eating patterns to a healthy daily routine that can be followed the rest of ur life.

    Let the "sucker born every minute" buy the grapefruit pills, and lemonaide diet…you go get info and learn GOOD lifelong nutritional habits.

    Do some lite weight lifting and 30 minutes of hard cardio 3 times a week. This isn’t reading a magazine on the treadmill. Swim, run, or bike HARD for 30 minutes…or more!

    A Pilates class at the local gym will teach you some great abs routines.

    hey, altho that previous comment was a troll, colon cleansing really did help me lose lots of abdominal "weight" (actually compacted crap!). i did drnatura’s n didnt change my diet.

    i suggest u drink lots of water if u do that coz celery has some sodium in it. also, how bout using a crockpot to make vegetable soups?!

    eat every three hrs to maintain metabolism

    You don’t want to do this. Eating only celery will cause your metabolism to slow down and that will just result in your body burning calories much slower. When you do come off of this "diet" you’ll gain weight like crazy because your metabolism will be so low.

    Worst of all, the only weight you’ll lose is water weight, which isn’t that healthy. If you do this for a long time, you’ll burn some muscle too, but probably not any fat. Your body will be in starvation mode and it will desperately cling to any fat that you do have on your body to begin with.

    Don’t do this diet. Instead try this:

    Healthy Eating: It probably won’t be easy to get in the habit of eating different foods. However, you don’t need to completely shift every part of your diet around. Start by changing the portions of what you already eat. Then you can start finding foods that will help you lose weight. Most Americans eat too much fat and not enough carbohydrates, so try to balance that out.

    Hit the Gym: You need two types of exercise: aerobic and resistance training. Aerobic exercises like running and biking will help you actively burn calories. Resistance training is for more that just bodybuilder. After each workout, your muscles will eat up all those calories you eat to rebuild and repair themselves.

    If celery and water are all you are eating then the answer is no. You will end up fainting for one thing. To lose weight, you need a balanced diet. You won’t get enough vitamins and minerals in your diet You need protein as well You can’t survive on one food. See a dietician.
