<br />Drop your caloric intake to 1,000 calories a day &#8211; double your usual workout &#8211; don&#8217;t eat any sweets or sugars &#8211; eat tons of fruits and vegetables (look up &quot;negative calorie&quot; foods) &#8211; and don&#8217;t eat out.</p>
<p>That should work but you might not have much energy unless you take some supplements.</p>
<p>And don&#8217;t forget your VITAMINS!!</p>
