These ingredients are what Dave uses to make 3 gallons worth of juice at once, to last him 3 days on the road. This is an ULTRA LOW-glycemic juice & Dave credits it for helping to cure his body of Type II Diabetes & Stage IV Colon Cancer.

— 4 bunches Cilantro
— 1 bunch Fresh Basil
— 4 bunches Beet Greens (Dave ONLY juices the greens of the beets & NOT the actual beets, as he’s still recovering from the diabetes. For those not dealing w/ diabetes, feel free to juice the beets!
— 6 Red Bell Peppers
— 4 Yellow Bell Peppers
— 2 heads Fennel
— 4 heads Celery
— 12 Cucumbers (unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic)
— 2 dozen on-the-vine Tomatoes
— 3 heads Broccoli
— 1 pound Baby Bok Choy (or 1 bunch Bok Choy)
— 1 bunch Mustard Greens (use a smaller amount if the flavor is too strong)
— 4 bunches Parsley (2 Regular, 2 Italian)
— 1 bunch Asparagus
— 1 large Fresh Aloe Leaf (inorganic ok; organic is rarely available…also, only juice the lower portion of it & always juice a bit & taste, juice a bit & taste, as it can be VERY potent)
— 1 bottle of E3Live Algae
— Rainbow Light Advanced Systems Digestive Enzymes (to help control gas, especially when you first jump into a program like this! If you can’t find this brand, look for a type that’s raw vegan & whole-plant sourced)

Since October 16, 2009, just over 3 months ago, Mr. G has lost a lot of weight. 44 Pounds to be exact! This ALL NEW show will focus on how you to can cook and eat more healthily, and shed those extra pounds. The first episode, while a little long due to show set up will show you how to make a delicious Mexican dinner, Nachos Grande, in under 45 minutes! Very little if any cleanup, low sodium, high fiber, low fat, and low in calories, this meal is a great start to a new show! Stay tuned, there’s a lot more to come!

— I’ve been here visiting my Mom in Yuma, Arizona to help her recover from shoulder surgery, as well as to get her on the healthy path so she can get relief from her chronic health problems such as fibromyalgia!

— To create a supportive & healthy environment for her, we first spent some time removing all of the more unhealthy and less-healing types of foods such as surgery snacks, coffee, bread & butter, etc. I recommend that you do the same! If it is out of sight, it is less likely to come into your mind!

— I’ve been expecting miracles in the healing of my Mom, and now Alice (from a couple of videos ago) & my Mom got to meet and guess what? They totally hit it off and Alice is going to be helping my Mom stick on the healthy path full of healthy foods & juicing, as well as offering her love & support—THANK YOU, ALICE! Words cannot express the gratitude I feel… :D

Healthy 3 min meal 4 wt loss & muscle gain

Here is another healthy and quick meal. Its high in protein, high in fiber, low in fat and has only THREE ingredients so even I can make it. Its eggwhites Scoobystyle! Cook the fresh cut salsa on medium heat while you are separating the egg whites. Mix in the eggwhites and stir till they are dry. Add broccoli. Quick, easy and healthy meal!

For all you people who seem so concerned about me throwing out the yolks which are “so full of vitamins”, let me ask you this, how many servings of fresh vegetables do you eat in a day? If you are truly concerned about vitamins, you should be eating a lot more vegetables!!!!

Lose weight the healthy way: Week One Of the Fat Smash Diet

So you have to eat 4-5 meals a day 2 being snacks here is a sample meal plan for the day:
MEAL PLAN:
8am……………..Meal #1
11am……………Meal #2 (heavy snack)
2pm……………..Meal #3
5pm……………..Meal #4 (light snack)
7pm……………..Meal#5
9pm……………..Light snack
NEVER EAT 1 1/2 HRS BEFORE BED!

FOODS ALLOWED:
-all fruit in any quantity
-all vegetables in any quantity, except
NO white potatoes
NO avacadoes
-Good source of protein:
chickpeas, bean, tofu & lentils
-Brown rice—2 cups of cooked rice
-2cups of low fat or skim or soy milk
-as much water as you like
-oatmeal–1 cup
-All herbs and spices
-6 oz. low fat yogurt (no fruit on the bottom 2X per day)
-4 egg whites
-2 cups herbal tea
-1 cup of ffreashly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice
-1 1/2 slices of low fat cheese or 1 veggie burger without bread
-sugarless gum
-1 tsp low fat mayo
-1 tbsp salt
-1pat (1tsp) of butter
-1 tsbp mustard or ketchup
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
-1 tsp sugar substitute

FOODS NOT ALLOWED:
-peanut butter/jelly
-white rice
-meat
-fish
-full fat cheese
-Bread ANY TYPE
-raisins
-dried or preserved fruits
-candy
-ice cream
-alcohol
-soda regular or diet
-coffee and all coffee drinks
-sports drinks
-milk shakes
-whole eggs or yolks
-fried food
-fast food

SNACKS FOR PHASE I:
-1/3 cup plain yogurt dip and 2 cups raw vegetables
- 10 Cashews
-1 low fat granola bar
-15 grapes and half of low-fat milk
-1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
-1 1/2 cups baby carrats
-(10-14) almonds
- 1 jello smoothie snack
-popcorn air popped (3 cups no butter)
-7 saltine crackers
-1 medium banana
-2 tbsp sunflower seeds

WORKOUT FOR 30 MIN. 5days a wk!
