Finally, someone just like me! You are not the only one with a boyfriend who is lighter than the girlfriend. However, I have only three months till my graduation bash.
Losing weight is not easy. Losing weight fast is not any easier either. Why lose weight for just the event itself and gain back when you’re done? Those losing weight fast tips don’t really help cause once you start on them, and when you stop, the possibility of gaining what you lost is very high. So, since you have 5 months to lose weight, I suggest, exercising and burning all those calories on your body, just like i am now. Also, try to cut off your carbohydrates…totally. That really helps alot in losing weight. Maybe try drinking those juices that helps you to pass motion. All these tips really good, except do not overdo it cause you might fall sick and land in the hospital. And oh, when i say exercise, i mean those sports that you really like for example, basketball, jogging, cycling, etc. What a better way to lose weight than enjoy it? Good luck!
