Yου know, thеrе аrе lots οf products out іn thе market wіth "promised" weight losses without аnу exercise. Arе thеу really thаt аmаzіng? Dο give mе ѕοmе examples. xD

Itѕ pure bullshirt. Hοw саn уου lose weight bу eating thier bars οr shakes? YOU CANT!

    You can lose *weight* without exercise, for example by starving yourself so badly you look like some kind of war refugee from a poor desert country, or by chopping off your arm.

    If you want to lose *excess fat* (which is what most people mean when they want to lose weight), then you have to exercise as well as eat a healthy, clean diet.

    They are actually very bad for you. After you finished the diet, you are used to doing no exercise and loosing weight and therefore you gain weight. Diets that allow you to loose weight slower are better for you as you loose the weight gradually and more healthilyy. Instead of over exercising, just burn more than you eat, it’s much better for you.

    Weight loss without exercise??

    Unless you have been hiding under a rock, you know these days the market is so flooded with miracle products promising effortless weight loss, without having to exercise. The truth is… there is no magic pill when it comes to losing weight.

    Exercise provides more positive health benefits than just weight loss alone. Yes, even more than giving you toned arms, legs and a defined chiseled, sculpted chest and abs. Exercise is the complete opposite of a bad thing. Regular activity strengthens your heart muscle and lowers blood pressure.

    Still looking to lose weight without exercising? Try reversing your meals. Make breakfast time your big meal for the day. Dinnertime, the complete opposite, eat lite…. cereal, oatmeal, toast,fresh fruit, juice, etc…. you get the idea.

    Here is a thought. Try wearing your smaller clothing, you will feel uncomfortable, when you feel uncomfortable you may find yourself eating less food. Just a reminder, loosening any buttons or zippers will defeat the purpose of this exercise.

    Finally, drink more water and less soda. Why drop the soda? Simply, soda is loaded with sugar and empty calories. Even diet sodas are not healthy. Soda will contribute to your weight gain. Drink a lot of water. Stay hydrated, you will feel better.
