<br />There&#8217;s no books that can beat your own common sense approach to exercise.<br />
Modify your eating style to suit your &quot;desired new you&quot;.<br />
Eat loads of fresh veggie/ no bread/ no red meat or processed food.<br />
Don&#8217;t cheat~!<br />
Make a Solid but firm commitment to a daily workout routine. Just plain walking works the best. Start out walking what is your max distance. STAY THE COURSE AND, push yourself each and every day..<br />
I lost 50 lbs by doing this since the first of Jan. I am at my new comfortable level of 148lbs. I walk 5 to 10 miles every day~many days, I will also throw in a bike ride on top of that. When I can, I climb mountains in NH for additional workout. The main thing is to push push yourself to a better you.</p>
