What’s the best weight-loss exercise routine?

I know that the majority of weight-loss involves diet, but as far as the gym… what’s the best way to shed the pounds?

I’ve heard everything from 100% cardio to 100% core.

Cardio in the morning, empty stomach. If you can, go for a cup of coffee, black.
If you prefer doing weights, you can do your regular weight training regimen, and do 15 minutes of the cardio.

    It really depends where you want to lose pounds. For the stomach region i would say sit ups and bachi ball workouts are the best. For other regions you can do curl ups or push ups to work your chest area.
