are you sayin’ 30 to 50 cal. per day? I am losing weight quick, but also strength training, and gaining strength so I hope I am on the right track. I’ll look into the interval training.

It depends on what carbs. It it´s healthy carbs like whole wheat and some fruits and greens it will make you burn more calories when you eat them. It´s not good to eat a lot of unhealthy fats. I agree that you need protein in all of your meals to keep your muscles.

Other than that you can walk a lot. It´s good to go and walk before breakfast for 30 – 60 minutes or a couple of hours after a meal preferably a lowcarb meal.
