Forgive the editing errors! lol HEY! =) 1st let me say, I am NOT trying to lose weight, but if I was, this is my Personal plan when I’m cutting down the calories. Hope it helps! (Please don’t criticize my personal preferences. They’ve worked fine for me for years) . Watch all the way through.

    i agree with everything..especially the nail kit part. everytime i feel im distracted by food ill try a different hairstyle or spread my entire nail kit with all my colors across the bed ..in a weird way it makes me feel good. and the funny thing is i eat really well but i smoke..unfortunately and smoking makes me crave soda! its a really unhealthy balance. but u would probably say thats my own fault LOL
