@loudsoundman well i think that i have the diet part under control as i do not eating very many or any sweets at all. i eat fruit whenever its available to me and i ilove salads with boiled egg. lol when you say press ups do you mean push ups? i need to lose about 25 to 30 lbs (1.8 – 2.1 stones). i wanna burn off all my fat and then work on all the muscle… so i’m hoping that it’ll work.

I just ate normal, if smaller, main meals, with no desserts. No crisps, chocolate, cake, anything deemed unhealthy, and eat fruit if hungry. Try eating a salad for your final meal of the day. No other exercise needed, but if you want to tone up then in the evening do as many sit-ups as you can and press-ups, and then increase by 5 or more the next night. I have been running for 3 weeks, and really keeping off nasty foods, eating fruit when I am hungry, and having more balanced main meals. I have run 2km for 4/5 main weekday nights. I increased my distance for the first time tonight, did a 3.5km run. Starting at 11.5 Stone, I have lost HALF A STONE in these few weeks. But I had to be commited to my diet, say no! I felt more energetic and healthier and more confident, and if you, like me, feel any pain, then warm up better before your run. I am 15
