Fat Loss is 100% what you eat and nothing more. Cardio, of any type, has NOTHING to do with fat loss. To lose weight, eat less less calories then you burn! THATS IT! Cardio is healthy, but has nothing to do with fat loss.

    @illidin25 well i am a teen and i know that most of kids i was in high school with knew what metabolism was because we learned iit in biology. now, whether they actually used this knowledge i dont know lol.

    this would not really help and telling teans that our metabolism is high doesnt help. we teens tend to eat unhealthy because we think we all have a high metabolism which is extremly untrue. thats why there are a lot of over weight teens or girls with muffin tops and just as content. its starting to bug me.
