I wish I didn’t miss out on what you talked about at 5:05 .. I just saw your videos today (May 9th 2010 – over a year too late). I have no clues what to eat .. and doesn’t help I am picky (hate peppers, hate onions, hate mustard).

all you gotta do is eat 5 small meals a day: breakfast – snack – lunch – snack – dinner (every 2-3 hours), and keep your diet clean. By clean I mean eating high protein low carb (chicken breast, fish, oatmeal, veggies, fruits, and drink a lot of water). The trick is to keep your metabolism running all the time by eating small all the time, and eating 5 times a day with clean foods is exactly the way to do it. Exercise doesnt hurt either.

Heres what you eat to loose weight LESS If you sit on your and eat 5 times a day who would guess your going to gain weight. So while we can stuff our unneeding faces with 1 dollar double cheese burgers we just laugh and gobble it down while millions of people starve every day. quit being selfish instead of shoving more food into your 300 pound face send some to Africa so a child doesent haft to starve to death becouse his country is taken so advantage of he cant afford a one dollar meal

i agree a 100% with you. I am the same methabolyc (sry if i misspelled – not native speaker) type as you are so I have to skip carbohydrates though I cheat occasionally since i love pasta. But that´s always a treat for me and I only do it like 1 a month and it helped me to lose weight very fast (of course I exercise aswell)
